The Sunday bus goes from the Pdx area about 9 AM & returns about 6 PM. We even have Spirit Mtn busses a few days a week for free 2 hour trip to this fine facility It has been going quite awhile But we just discovered it this past week. We have enjoyed our many trips to Spirit Mtn Casino with the fine buffet, large gaming rooms, smoke free areas And Most of all, The Great Poker Room. After this last experience I realized that gambling really is better at the beach. While staying at the hotel I overhead the staff talking about having to put a room out because of bed bugs. I am surprised anyone wants to work in a place like this and be treated in this fashion. Most of the card dealers were super nice. I walked around to the different machines and played cards. The rest of the evening I stopped drinking the free soda as I didn't want security to come after me if I peed too much. They wanted the customer to sign paperwork that stated they were refusing medical care. The guest responded by explaining they had eaten at the buffet and now had to poop a lot. The security officer had to ask if the customer wanted an ambulance. Someone had complained that the guest was taking too long in the bathroom. I think the most memorable part of my experience is when I was in the bathroom and a security officer had come to check on a customer. I expect a few crabby people and workers as it is not a lot of fun to be in a smoke filled, people puking, and losing their money environment.
